DEXUS Funds Management Limited is the Responsible Entity of each of the four trusts that comprise DEXUS Property Group, DEXUS Property Syndicate and DEXUS RENTS Trust and is the investment manager for private client property mandates. To ensure consistency of governance across the DEXUS funds and mandates, the Board has established a corporate governance framework will apply to these funds and mandates.

The Constitutions of each of DEXUS Property Group and DEXUS RENTS Trust gives DEXUS Funds Management certain discretions in determining the issue price of securities when the Responsible Entity determines new securities will be issued.
